The following feedback from 20 users (from Australia, Singapore, India, Pakistan, UK, USA & Canada) are for the anti nasal allergy treatment (ANAT). ANAT is one of the important components of UCTR. We require just drinking water in the range of 0 to 30 degree Celsius to perform ANAT, which is normally available everywhere. You have a wonderful and most informative Web site. I live in America, in the Mile High City, Denver, Colorado. Its climate is excessively dry, and residents are prone to all kinds of allergies and eye, nose and throat irritations. A rather nasty virus has gone around for the last four months with incessant wheezing and marked nasal congestion. The medical establishment can only give supportive care since it is a non-specific virus. Mostly, it takes two months to disappear, and two months for the very swollen nasal passages and throat tissue to shrink - if it does at all.

It was suggested that we use warm salt water irrigation 2x a day. No improvement. I found your website and then tried the ice treatment, with immediate improvement. I bought a plastic neti pot bought from a yoga source and used iced water to irrigate the nose. The post-nasal drip stopped for a long time. At last, some relief. I will continue to use the treatment.

I have been suffering from Violent sneezing and runny nose for many years. Sometimes for days on and I get the sneezing (sometimes up to 100 at a time and hundreds more throughout the day). To combat that I have to take Antihistamine tablets. Recently I have started homeopathy but to hardly any relief. The effect of the histamine tablets last for about 3-4 days then it's back to square one. Life was UTTERLY MISERABLE during the sneezing attacks.

I suffer from occasional allergy induced cold accompanied with chain sneezing. This will then run for a week followed with antibiotics and cough syrups. This has been going on for quite a long time. Having had a runny nose for about 4 months it was starting to ruin my life! I was waking up every night with a runny nose, sneezing constantly throughout the day and blowing my nose all day long with the exception of a few moments here and there.

Runny nose and sneezing problem was affecting me badly. One fortunate day I was searching on the net and somehow God landed me to your website. First, I did not believe the cure you have explained. I was having blocked nose that time. Immediately I tried ANAT with normal tap water in office itself. I was surprised by the cure. It gave me instant relief from blocked nose and headache.

I read about ANAT on net and, as usual, I did not believe it but since I was having sinus problem with runny nose for last almost 20 years I thought of taking a chance. Jal Neti was known to me for years but I was always doing it with luke warm water with little bit of salt. It did not help me much.
