Additional more than 5 trillion US$ can be saved due to the actions taken in the second ten year plan as mentioned in the previous webpages. Apart from this ten trillion US$ due to UCTR and first ten year savings will continue. So, more than 15 trillion US$ per year savings will continue in the third ten year plan i.e., a total of more than 150 trillion US$ (15 trillion US$ X 10 years) will be available for the entire outlay of third ten year plan.
